How long does it take to fully dry?

It took about 4-6 hrs for it to dry.!I moved all my things back into the floor (without) dragging or pushing. I have it a full 24 hrs to really cure and the car was back in garage.

Can I apply this directly to grinded, clean concrete with the colored epoxy and just sand for grip?

Yes. That's what I did. It looks amazing

How much square footage does this cover?

I was able to cover around 200 sq. ft. It is a very nice top coat. I did a full broadcast color chip over the MP-160 with this as a top coat. Very satisfied!

What is the approximate gallon per square foot? I want to ensure proper top coat coverage for my 800 sq/ft garage.

Unless you have experience with applying Polyaspartic I do not recommend using it. It sets very quick and from experience you do not want the product to set prematurely. The product is great its just the nature of the Polyaspartic beast. if experienced, i would recommend two kits. better to have too much than not enough. Remember this is your final coat. How it ends up will show how successful your project is.with 800 sq ft plan on having three people to apply and backroll. you need to get it on and get it done fast.
