Lovely
Bought these to keep an eye on the temp of my snakes tank. It works really well! I put one in every corner and it is very helpful. Easy to use and you can use them right away. I have extra saved up but id definitely would buy again. They came in a box already turned on so im not sure how long they will last but they dont seem flimsy or cheaply made for the cost. They tell the temp and hydro very accurate too

Useful
I bought these because my Nest thermostat kept reporting that the humidity in my house was betwixt 70 - 80%.Obviously this is an extremely high figure and as I have allergies (which are triggered by mold) I decided to place these around the house to identify where to start curing the issue. It seems like the place to start curing the issue is to replace the Nest thermostat!I can't speak for the absolute accuracy of these devices but it seems I can now speak to the bs reporting of the nest!I placed these in various rooms of the house and left them overnight to settle. Without fail; everyone of them displayed a humidity of betwixt 55 to 63% (depending on time of day and how much the a/c had been running.) Research suggests that this is "about right" for a Texas summer and that my Nest thermostat is lying to me like a "hairy egg."Incidentally, one placed within a foot of the nest Thermostat showed similar humidity to the others.Going forward, I will obviously still attempt to lower the humidity of my home as "good practice" while using these as a guide and I will probably replace Nest thermostat because if it is that poor reading humidity, then how poor is it at everything else???As I said earlier; I am not verifying their accuracy but if several devices report one thing and 1 reports another, then I am more likely to believe the "many," not "the one."

Must have for any 3d printing enthusiast
If you know of someone close that has a couple of 3D printers, and is always printing something or other these hydrometers are a great gift.If you are on the fence about buying these there are 100's of different models you can use these in and you probably want to have some in your printer and your multi filament system. They are really useful and knowing if you need to dry your filament more is pretty important.

Pretty good, some variance in readings
A box of 8 for this price, you have to expect some variation. They seem to be accurate to within my expectations, with reasonable consistency across the items and converging over time in the same conditions (see the two photos , one taken straight after opening, one ten minutes later). Size is good and small for my needs, we'll see how long the batteries last and if they start drifting out of whack over time.

Use these in a ton of things
I originally got this to understand the moisture in my amd, but have since placed these in filament storage totes and other places I need to know the moisture levels. They’ve been great thus far, and the batteries seem fine. The clip is on an angle, so just keep that in mind as most prints I’ve seen have the mounting slots vertical.

Poor accuracy
I thought I was getting a deal, but all of these are wildly off, by as much as 20%

Useful for 3D printer filament dessicant + hygrometer + temp spool hubs
If you're a 3D printer enthusiast, there are models out there for printing a hub to fit into your spools which holds a decent amount of dessicant, plus this little hygrometer + temp sensor in the end. Great for at-a-glance ensuring your filament is staying nice and dry in your 21-cup Rubbermaid cereal box.My only complaint, and why I removed a star, is they can come apart pretty easily and are a minor inconvenience to put back together. Also I have one where constant albeit light pressure was required on one side of the screen in order for the display to fully function; I fixed it with a tiny bit of folded paper wedged between the LCD and the bezel edge and it's fine.I don't have a perfect way to measure accuracy of the hygrometer portion, however all eight of the sensors reported the exact same RH and within half a degree (F) of the same temperature amongst themselves while spread out on a flat surface. Also, their temperature readings are within about 1.5 degrees of another ESP32-based home automation sensor in the same room, so the temp is at least accurate enough for my purposes.Despite being a little flimsy, I'll buy another set of eight when I stock up on more of those Rubbermaid containers for storing more open filament.

Not accurate/waste of money
Not accurate. Do not purchase.Purchased to have in kids/baby room. Product is useless if it is not accurate. As in picture all units had different temperatures… ranging from 19.3 to 21.9 degrees Celsius (66.7 to 71.4 Fahrenheit). That is a huge variance.Compared to two other manufacturers units that showed it was 20.2 degrees Celsius.Total Waste of money.
