The media could not be loaded. This is a staple in my medicine cabinet for when I have my period. I specifically bought the kind that is caffeine free as I drink at least two cups of coffee each morning. I also wanted to be able to take this in the afternoon if needed and didn't want the caffeine to limit when I can take it throughout the day. I find that this works better than Tylenol or Advil.

So glad to see that Midol has products without caffeine in them! I've actually been trying to find something go help relieve my menstrual cramps for a while that doesn't contain caffeine. This product works just as well as the product with caffeine, but without all the side effects you can get from caffeine. Great product.

My daughter is very sensitive to caffeine, so she prefers the caffeine free Midol. It can be hard to find, so I was glad to see that Amazon carries it.

Midol works so well for cramping during PMS. The only bad thing I’ve found is that it keeps me up at night. This version fixes the pain and doesn’t keep me up! Recommended!
