Cadillac of Kitchen Faucets!
I mean, this wasn't cheap! But, you get what you pay for. This is like the Cadillac of kitchen faucets. I enjoy washing things with it that are already clean, just for the experience. The "throttle" button (not sure what it's called) was a pleasant surprise that I didn't realize was included. You push the button and the pressure increases. The quality, detail, durability, and tolerances are impressive.

Beautiful, functional design
I love EVERYTHING about this faucet; I am thrilled. It is a great modern/industrial upgrade for my kitchen. I was even able to install it myself, although the attached lines weren’t quite long enough to reach my water connections under the sink, but nothing a few trips to ACE hardware couldn’t resolve on a Saturday afternoon. :) What I love about this faucet is not only the looks, but just the functional design; I didn’t want anything with sensors/batteries - I wanted a great looking manual faucet that is easy to use, and this absolutely fits the bill in all respects! I love the detachable hose with magnetic rest, and the different spray options, including the top button for the increased “power” when you hold it down. Very, very happy - highly recommend.

Nice kitchen faucet
High quality and high design. It pairs well with the Kohler Purist soap dispenser and Kohler Contemporary pot filler. Water marks are minimal and clean off with the wipe of a microfiber. The high arch and full rotation left to right work well with the wide sink. The spray nozzle doesn't snap back as quickly as I'd like but maybe an adjustment to the weight might fix that. The stream is powerful but doesnt splash. Simple install. Happy results.

This would only happen in our family
First, I love the faucet. This is our third Kohler touchless faucet, and it's the only brand I will buy after using friend's and family's faucets. It looks great, and we love the touchless feature. It's a game changer in the kitchen. So imagine my disappointment when it was finally installed (entirely correctly) and then failed to work. After a lot of troubleshooting on our side, we realized that where the sensor should be on the underside of the curve in the neck of the faucet there is just a hole!! You can even see the braided hose inside (see photo). We have no idea what happened. Our friend checked her faucet's sensor and said she cannot imagine how it could fall out. She felt you'd have to pry it out with a screwdriver if you wanted it gone. Did this one get manufactured without it? We are completely baffled. I'm not sure what to do now since we've installed it and tossed the box. It's still a nice faucet, but I bought it for the touchless feature. I'm going to contact Kohler but I'm not sure if they will help since I purchased it on Amazon. So if you get one that doesn't work and you've done everything else right, check the sensor!

Kohler 'Konnect' is entirely non-functional.
We purchased the Smart model of this faucet thinking that it would be nice to monitor water usage / control on/off via Google Home. As far as we can tell, the unit we received does not work with the Kohler Konnect / Apple Homekit at all, it's impossible to install. We've power-cycled and tried the install over twenty times at this point and it just throws up an 'Unable to add accessory' error each time. My husband and I both work in tech and thought we would have no trouble getting this thing set up, and we were wrong - it's simply bad design. We are using a 2.4GHz password-protected wifi as is recommended by Kohler; we've tried restarting the router, reinstalling both the Kohler and HomeKit apps, to no avail. The unit flashes green and red and then stops trying to 'konnect'. I'm so irritated that I paid extra for a smart functionality that is entirely non-functional.The faucet itself is of nice quality, the sensor works well, and while the water pressure isn't super strong it's enough for the average home user. Despite the weight being correctly installed as per the instructions, the hose does not auto-retract into the faucet, you have to push it back manually. These kinds of issues should not be present in a faucet that costs almost $900.Install was kind of a nightmare owing to the fact that the outlet hose is too short to attach to the control unit if your counters are deeper than standard depth. Our sink is in a corner cabinet, which now necessitates building something within the cabinet to mount the control unit to because Kohler does not offer a longer / extension outlet hose. We also had to buy longer supply hoses to connect to the existing ones because they too were extremely short. All of this makes me certain I will never purchase another Kohler product in the future. I would have returned, but the Amazon third-party seller requires a 50% restocking fee for opened merchandise, which in this case would be over $400. So disappointing.

Sturdy, stylish, and powerful
I very much like how this looks--it fits into just about any decoration scheme, without being over-the-top. The spray feature works even when the water pressure is very low, so I can clean out between the sink and the counter in my under-the-counter mounted sink without spraying water all over the kitchen. The water hits where you want it to in the sink--close to the drain so you don't splash yourself--but the pull out allows you to target the full sink (or beyond). The finish goes very well with my other stainless steel appliances, and also goes well with the brushed nickel knobs and pulls. I enjoy being able to fill pots faster by pushing a button. The only learning curve for me is getting used to the spray vs. stream setting remaining on after you stop the water. I've sprayed a few things inadvertently, when I meant for the water to stream. But that is easy to get used to. Finally, I like the company. I recently had a very old Kohler bathroom sink leak--and the company sent me the parts I needed to replace, without charge. Good produce, good service.
