Cookin' with Corky's Paperback – May 1, 2013

This cookbook has some really great BBQ recipes that are very tasty and easy to fix. If you love BBQ with all the fixins you will love this cook book.

Bought as a present! She loved it!

Kind of disappointing. Too many Corky history stories and not enough recipes. Sorry, three stars is the best I can give. Was hoping for more rub/seasoning recipes.

Easy to read history of a great BBQ're and some wonderful recipes of Corky and his many fiends and employees.

Buyer beware for sure. Many of the recipes within this cookbook require you to order their products to use. This is a real downer for me. I don't really like having to "order" essential ingredients to cook from a cookbook for each batch.
