The video reviews show this one using batteries, but the pictures show it with a wall plug in. Which does it have?

Hello dear , good evening ,welcome to XINHOME store ,thanks for your question , it have battery in the past until November we have updated a new useless box with a rechargeable battery inside，once out of power, you can plug in to recharge the battery , any problem feel free to contact us ! XINHOME official store

Is this the cheap version, no body, head only? Head is glued to the lid and when box opens you see that there is only a head „floating“

As far as I know this is the best version to get . The $49 one . I bought 3 for Christmas 2019 and they are nice . The cheap ones are the $30 type .

I lost the usb cord. Is there a way to get a replacement?

Sorry for the delay. We are really sorry for this inconvenience you had, could you please kindly send us more detail via amazon private email system? Best regards!

what is voltage type ? 110v or 220v ?

As stated, it has a built-in rechargeable lithium ion battery, so you only need to connect it to a USB connector for 4~5 hours to fully charge
