The 'Classic Stitcher' is our beautiful handcrafted solid wood sewing cabinet pictured here in Golden Oak finish. It has every feature for the occasional seamstress and the professional as well. You can organize all your sewing needs, having a wonderful work and storage area all in one piece of heirloom-quality furniture. Features include: * Drawers and threadwall mounted on full extension ball bearing guides * Twin-pin hinges on the tops for a perfectly smooth work space - no 'hinge knuckles' to snag your material * Furniture grade finish to last a lifetime You can design and choose how the sewing center best fits your needs. How many drawers -- how many slide out thread walls, drop leaf for additional work space in back, choose your stain color, and either satin, semi-gloss, or high gloss finish to match your existing decor. With one easy push, the air lift lowers the sewing machine into the cabinet allowing the tops to be closed. The air lift provides adjustable, automatic-stop levels for table top, flat bed sewing, and storage. The machine insert will be custom made to fit your sewing machine head. No worry if you ever want to upgrade to a newer machine. A new insert can be cut to fit any type of machine without having to alter the cabinet top. When the doors are closed the unit perfectly blends into your decor. The cabinet features a closed size of 41"W x 20"D x 31"H. Open work space can be up to 80"W and 20"D without the drop leaf extension. A drop leaf can add an additional 16" depth of work space. Hidden casters allow easy maneuvering away from the wall to gain access to the drop leaf when needed. Don't have 80 inches of wall space? No problem.
