It is really beautiful as shown...the holding knob is of ceramic and I fixed it with given flexible screw n washer.The dome is of plastic.Wooden plate is neat finished. And bigger then the main course usual plates of home...though this steel plate cudnt fit in...otherwise I would hv used for keeping food for my husband too..hahaha....but its a beautiful cake holder....n I loved it....Yeah it is lil overpriced ....but I gave it for its beauty

Terrible product please don’t buy
Horrible horrible experience and a BADDDD quality product .I ordered this piece and it’s plastic lid had two three major scratches. Hence requested for a return . The second time I got an even worse cracked lid . When I initiated another return the delivery person refused to take it as it wasn’t in its box . It was well packed in its bubble wrap but the box had been thrown coz knowing that it was already an exchanged piece I dint expect it to be worse than the previous one.BAD PRODUCT 👎🏻

inside of the acrylic bowl full of scratches and one large crack extending from the knob on top to one of the sides. does not look new.

Horrible product... don't even think about buying it.
Cheap and fragile plastic lid... irritating part is this perticular seller send a broken product 2nd time too. Dear Amazon you should ban this kinda sellers to keep the companies reputation good.
