Nice Little Fry Pan
Pan has a nice weight to it, good non-stick feature, and is easy to clean. I can't attest to its durablility yet but Cuisinart is a good, reputable brand. Pan is the perfect size for frying eggs.

What a great pan
I just recently purchased a stove with sensi-temp burners, and the old frying pan wouldn't work on it as it was too light and wouldn't sit flat on the surface. This one sits flat, pre heats wonderfully and cooks the food in no time. A wonderful addition to my set and my new stove. The food didn't stick at all to the pan and cleaning it up was a breeze. It has a 'great weight to it, the handle did not get hot. It's just an overall great frying pan. Would highly recommend this.

Skillet
Perfect sized pan for my cheese and western omelets. Great for eggs and pancakes. Nothing sticks. I just use my rubber and/or plastic spatula to protect the coating. It does not chip or flake. Well made and medium weight. This is the second one I've purchased as the first was a gift.

Amazingly non-stick, cooks quickly
I've had other non-stick pans, but this one is so much better than those, they don't even belong in the same category. I still use a little olive oil when I cook -- habit -- but I think that's not really necessary. Even when the food starts to burn, it doesn't stick.RE: food starts to burn -- this pan cooks so much faster, and at lower heat, that it took some adjustments to my cooking. This pan cooks well with about 2/3rds the amount of heat as my other pans, in about 2/3rds the time. Now that I've figured all that out, I hardly ever burn the meat. <grin>Cleanup is a breeze. I wipe the pan with a damp paper towel as soon as I put the food on the plate, just to get rid of the leftover oil, sauce, whatever. (Probably not necessary, but I'd rather throw that stuff in the trash than run it down the drain.) When the pan is cool, I set it in the sink, add a few drops of dish liquid, fill it with water, and let it set for a while. I go back later and use a dishcloth or paper towel to rub the surface of the pan with the soapy water, rinse, and it's done. There's been no scrubbing necessary. (Maybe if I burned something to a crisp, but I haven't done that.)I bought the 8-inch skillet for single-person meals (4 oz meat) and the 12-inch skillet for family-sized meals (1 lb. meat). I like them so much that I've just ordered the 11-inch flat griddle; I expect it'll make reheating leftover pizza much easier. These pans are absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend them.

A nice big pan
First of all a 14 in pan is not a12 inch so be sure to know what you're ordering. I also purchased the 8 in and 10 in to replace some old pieces that I had. They are all sturdy, nonstick, and a little lighter than my old pans in a good way. The lighter weight has no effect on heat distribution or any other factors. The style with the long handle and helper handle is what I wanted to replace my 12 in pan that just had the 2 small handles. I decided to go with the larger as I have other 12 in pans. The only bad part that cost them a star is that after 1 use the bottom warped a bit and doesn't lay flat like when I it arrived. This is not a big issue and you won't even notice it with a gas range, but on a flat top electric the pan wants to spin easily on the low point in the center. In some ways this is advantageous to spin the pan without dragging on the glass but in most cases you have to hold on to the handle when stirring the contents. To be fair the same thing happened with my old 12 in pan so maybe this is just an issue with all larger pans. BTW if you need a good quality inexpensive lid, I purchased this one from Amazon and it's perfect and heavy dutyBrand: CRESTWARE4.5 out of 5 stars1,596ReviewsCrestware Frydc14 14" Aluminum Fry Pan Dome Cover, Extra Large, Silver Metallic

Good product
This is a very solid frying pan. I bought it to replace one we had, and this was much better quality than what I was expecting for the price.

Rare good deal
Outraged and sickened at inflated costs of just about everything, including cookware, it was disheartening to see a plethora of eight-inch frying pans on the market priced starting at $30. On a fervent search to find a quality, reasonably priced pan, it was relieving to come across this find from Cuisinart, a brand that's never failed me. This quality, good looking pan is superb. It's sturdy, with a satisfying weight, and the non-stick surface and heat conductivity work effortlessly. The handle that stays cool through cooking on the stovetop is also a great feature. At $20, you can't beat it.

Great pan!
Love the size and material. It's a well constructed pan, not one of those light weight non-sticks. I especially like the anodized surface. Uses less oil and easy to clean
