Twin Turbo 3800 Ionic & Ceramic, Black

I am professional hairstylist with 37 years experience and have always bought a Solano brand hair dryer. Love my Twin Turb 3800 Ionic & Ceramic 21 Pibbs. Ionic & Ceramic really puts a shine and great finish on the hair. 2100 watts gets very hot and dries fast! I do quite a bit of texture hair and the results are amazing. Nice solid hair dryer for professional stylist.

It's very light weight and the heat makes your hair smooth.

My wife was in the market for a new hair dryer and eyeing a $300 unit which I was not a fan of. Her hairdresser told her not to waste her money and get this one instead. So I immediately ran out and bought this before she could reconsider the other brand and saved us a boat load of money. She swears by this hair dryer and I swear by the price

The blow dryer was clearly used. There were scuff marks and scratches all over its body cord, and nozzle attachments. The writing was scratched out on the body as well. (See pics) Neither the blowdryer nor the nozzles arrived in original packaging, and the box itself was extremely beat up. As this product was advertised and priced as “New” there is no excuse for this clearly used product to have been sent to me. I returned it and will look to purchase it from another source. (The blowdryer itself comes highly recommended, so I still want it, but not a used version priced as new.)

The reason I’m giving it a 3 star is because the quality has gone down tremendously. I’ve owned several Pibbs throughout my career and this last one feels like I may need to keep a replacement on hand.I use it in a professional setting. Had it for about 2 months. So far it heats up well, it’s light and small and does the job.

I love everything about this dryer except for the cool shot button. It is very small and you have to use a lot of pressure to make it work, which is a little strenuous when using in the salon.
