Poor quality
The racket broke within a week of playing. Definitely not strong enough for playing at a Pro level.

Good Product - Great Customer Service
We received two BLUE rackets. My six year old was upset because his favorite colors are actually red and blue. He was expecting a red racket and one blue. Other than that, the controllers fit snugly into the racket holsters and the extension wrist cord is good length as well.Part Two: the customer service this company provides is second to none. I received a replacement within a timely manner and they were very responsive. I am big on customer service and they solved the problem, with no hesitation. Thank you so much!!
