Great help for domestic fitness schedule.
Very convenient and due to weight adjustability very convenient to use as per requirement. Sand weights to are properly sealed and no chance of getting leakage.

Good but not perfect.
Works just fine. But 100% comfortable. You have to place and adjust it perfectly otherwise you'll feel fatigue and pain. If you are good with 0.5kg or 1kg I suggest going for the steel options. Those would be way more comfortable. The main purpose of these weights are passive training but you can wear and forget these, these weight are uncomfortable enough to remind you that you are wearing them all the of use. Fits just nice. Grip is OK. Just tear and add weights to use, easy to use. Used for passive training.

Could be better
Soft and comfortable but very easily absorb sweat and retains a bit a of smell and sweat for long periods of time.Also overall stitching is questionable (only appx. 2 weeks of use)

Quite a good set
The quality is quite good and the neoprene fabric is comfortable and the set fits snugly i.e. no sliding up & down the ankle when doing leg lifts. Only a single strap, so it's easy to put on & remove, and it's quite sturdy. The adjustable weights are also easy enough to remove. Only concern is the weights are sand filled and I've heard reports that with wear & tear, the can start leaking - the fabric holding them does seem somewhat thin. Overall, I'm happy with them.
