I have used C4 (Fruit Punch)and LIT (some berry flavor I forgot)in the past .... This product is extreme VFM .... Causes no jitters or crashes if you know what I mean... Few months back I was using Black Coffee , Citrulline Malate and Beta Alanine(which causes those sharp pinching needle like sensation)... Personally I like the pinching needle sensation.... only because it reminds me I have taken something .... Now coming back to this product vs C4 and LIT.... I bought the Pina Colada flavour ... It smells of coconut but not so much of pineapple but that's ok for me ... This is Day 2 of using the product .... And I will say it works ... My training schedule is very rigorous consisting of 5 days a week for 2.5 hrs a day ... Many will say it's insane but I hit all the muscle groups along with compund movements which requires rest hence the time required is high .... This Pre workout lets me to come back from the gym and work till 2 AM with no signs of sleep ... Taking half a scoop for now only on heavy days ... Also one more thing I want to state that this Pre workout also suppresses apetite ..good for people on calorie deficit ... Having used LIT in the past I seriously had trouble to sleep so for C4 I used half scoop and for Wild Buck Hyper Charge also half the scoop provided ... One more thing .. if someone starts thinking that Pre workout regularly used will give same results it's not since your receptors will be habituated and you will need more ... So use it on extreme volume days and the recommended dosage should be taken as intended by the company otherwise you will see how your heart beats will be much faster ... Loved this product and will buy in the future again ... So I used 2 days before providing my review ... Again I will say you will not get something better than this at this attractive price ... UPDATE... Purchased for the 3rd time ... Saw all those negative reviews about itching .... Take only half scoop to begin with.... I personally didnt face any problem with this...

A great quality pre workout, pina colada is the best flavour u can try for first time it's not like other companies has great result and some go insane after using it , avoid taking in afternoon time as it may affect sleep , it has great taste and pump gives u extra energy and activness for workout should try once worth it .

The pre-workout is of good quality and taste, this was my second time ordering this, although you should mix it well before you drink it. I found it to be cheap and best, with it you get all the effects of a pre-workout i.e tingling, itching (some might find it uncomfortable) and increased focus 💪🏻 and performance in your workouts. I hope they make this more affordable than it already is since pre-workouts are getting more expensive these past few years.

It's good, this product help to increase my energy level in gym, I feel it. I lifted more weights than before after using this end2end nutrition i absolutely love this. But this rate is little bit high with comparing other creatine, but the result is tooo good 👍🏻

Worst pre workout I have ever used Mene bhai itne hard pre workout use Kiya h but isske jaisa ganda effect kissi me nahi h aaj hi mene issko use and ye last time h me to fak reha hu pure badde ko bhai bhoot ganda crash hota h and aapka pura sir ghoomne lagega and itching bhoot gandi hoti h private part pe bhi and ye bilkul bhi accha pre nahi h 3 hr ka intension workout kiya 1 hr tak to theek tha but fir crash ho gya fir bhi isske gande effect ktm nahi hue jaise sir ghoomna sunai km dena and eyes me pain headache Orr black out jaise problem hoti h and isse accha aap fuel one ka deadlift lelo wo hard to nahi h but usske ese gande side effects nahi h

One of the best I have used in recent times. Give it a try.start half scoop and then ramp up. Results: does the work of a pre. Caffeine good, beta good, niacin: fine Pumps to be insane you have to be at lower body fat. Still gives the buzz necessary.

When i open the cap of box . I found that seal was already opened nd the package was very old and looks like its expired . I can't take risk of using it that's why am returning it .
