Looks can be deceiving
It looks great however, it only holds the smallest bottles of wine, it will not accommodate most wine bottles I would suggest taking it back to the drawing board and enlarge the rings so as to accommodate the largest of 750ml wine bottles. You would have a winner.

Exactly what we were looking for; strong, sturdy
Sturdy wine bottle holder that sits on counter and blends in perfect with our kitchen decor.

... bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law who like one specific kind of wine
i bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law who like one specific kind of wine. The bottle happens to be large in diameter so doesn't fit in the holes. This rack is pretty but not usable for us.

too bad that at least one of the rings would fit ...
Fits the smaller wine bottles, too bad that at least one of the rings would fit the larger wine bottles. But look great on the counter top.
