The product is very good . I got the product in well packed and working condition but soon the bulb was fused.I raised a replacement request and to my surprise a new same product was sent without picking the faulty product.The newly delivered product works fine . The product comes with two small bottles of essential oil/fragrance. So just plug for good aroma😚.

Have been using a non-electric one for a while so switched to this electric one.- Price is alright or pretty decent if you want to gift the combo to someone.- The size of the Diffuser is as shown in the description.- The light is pretty bright so I kept it in the lower corner shelf in my hall which I kind of a dark area. Also, to avoid my dog going and touching it, as obviously, the entire diffuser gets heated up when in use.- The water quantity is pretty decent for me. It's enough for my living area+kitchen space to fill up with the fragrance for a few hours.- I already have my collection of the Essential Oils so haven't used the ones which they sent yet. But the combination of water and oil needs to be perfect as per your needs. And also not every Essential Oil suits everyone.- If using regularly, make sure to wipe it off gently every day.

Received the product with damaged bulb, requested Amazon to deliver only the bulb. Due to bundled package, they sent a new bundle to me.Fragrance is good and tried only Lavender so far.Edited on April 13 :New bulb lasted for only one day. Need to purchase new bulb again.Fragrance is superb and it takes time to spread.

The product manual says that the bulb is separately kept inside the box and it has to be fitted once the product is delivered. However, the package that was delivered to me had already a bulb inside the ceramic and it never worked. I tried contacting support and they are still processing my concern [I'll update you about it later]. I pull the bulb out of the ceramic container and both the bulb and its holder are defective. Since its a non-returnable product so I think now I need to buy the bulb and its holder from the market to make it work again. The major problem is that the product sent to me was already used and defective since the installation was already done.

Received item without any breakage, just because the life of the bulb is not much, I am giving the rating less, only once I use the bulb got fused .

Good aroma especially the rose

Product is ok only but in doelwn where have place for the light that system is not good it getting loose
