5ft - Noose Security Heavy Duty Chain

I have faith in this chains ability to prevent theft. As someone, who has had several: bikes, scooters, and carrier bags stolen... I am usually pestimistic, where theft preventative gear is concerned. However, the: strength, thickness, and angular design keeps most (common) thieves at bay. Furthermore, the chain is the perfect size for my Aniioki Aq177 seat post. I wrap the chain around my seat and secure it with the provided U-lock. Personally, I am going to invest in a better U-lock and purchase another one of these chains. Realistically, a single chain is: easily cut, first cut selection, and is necessary, to be able to lock on to more difficult targets. I am going to try my luck with a two chain prevention system and this chain is perfectly suited.

Im shocked this was not as pricey as I thought it would be. This is heavy duty! Heavy heavy duty! Extra thick and durable. The length was perfect and the openings were what we needed to fit the lock perfect.

The 5’ was just long enough to lock my RV tires/wheels that are 4.5” apart. Even the canvas cover is beefy. No worries about scratching my nice wheels. I also got the OKG lock and it’s a monster! Super happy with this purchase.

I bought this chain and lock as part of my generator set up. One end of the chain is locked to the end of my generator. The chain is looped around the handle at the top of my generator, then locked to a heavy duty D-ring. The D-ring is welded to a 5"X5" plate that is bolted to the bottom of my utility cart. Another heavy duty chain is cinched around a pole and the other end is locked to the D-ring. The 2 chains and 2 locks secure the generator to the cart and the cart to the pole. The chain is heavy. I have limited mobility and reduced hand strength. The utility cart not only makes it easy to set up my generator and power cords, the utility cart holds my chains and locks too. What I can wheel out to the post in one wagon trip would otherwise take me at least four trips.

I used this chain to attach a piece of art to the ground in my garden so it wouldn't get stolen. It's a good chain for that. It's very big and very heavy. It might be too heavy for a bike chain as carrying it around would be burdensome. It's a bigger and more impressive chain than I expected. It's very beautiful in fact. However, if you really want your bike protected and you don't mind a heavy chain then this is going to work for you.

THERE it sits in the back of an old 2003 FORD F250 heart and soul V10 pickup with the words faded "NEW HOLLAND" on the utility bed (An old service truck for tractors in Klamath. The wind is HOWLING at the moment as the old truck sits in twenty five degree Fahrenheit... The lock holds my chained up spare for those extreme condition that might arise indeed, and forthwith tomorrow's rising of the winter-sun. There the golden lock hold my tire and wheel secure and unstain't against the elements. Golden and fabris black still glinting a smile for hot summer's apocalypse. There the golden lock holds that whell secure. Even the lock has tightened and needs oil and gloss, but the lock still shines there under a rabbit that lives under the truck between when the old :New Holland goes to the dump and to the modern metropolis of Klamath Falls and even A'West to Medford a'strengthen't with this adorned and PRETTY lock.

King Kong wears this for a bracelet.. It is PERFECT and strong like superman.

I was thinking I'll just make my own chains but once I got one, I ordered two more they are so beefy!!!!

This is a solid/heavy chain and to the extent that you don't want thieves cutting the chain, it's likely to deter them more than a normal chain which is easily cut. Comes in a carry bag which is pretty necessary. This thing is heavy and slippery when you try to just carry it. It's much better than any comparable I've encountered. Great product and Seller.

I got this product a day ago, the next day I walked out and found that someone tried to steal my bike, this prevented that. It's strong and a great vchain.,

It's very heavy to carry around but it's a big f off chain that would deter any attempt

Very sturdy works good just would like it to be a bit longer. Next time doesn’t always fit around the bike and the place. I’m locking it too, but they’re definitely not gonna be able to take it by cutting it just a bit too short though.

Grosse chaine pesante, semble dure à scier (fera du bruit et prendra du temps)...mais attention, elle vient seule, SEULE, sans cadenas. Il faut acheter le cadenas en plus. Sur ce point, je me suis fait piéger. Je croyais qu'elle venait avec cadenas, comme sur une des photos. Parfait pour moto et scooter devant la maison.
