You can use the manual or refer to video sent by Powermax team.Treadmill is very good. I have been using it for a month now. Size is decent for small rooms. Operation is silent. All options are easy to access while doing the workout. The watch is very useful and works as intended. Till now I have used for 30 mins at a stretch and no issues were observed.
