Not for the Faint-Hearted, but Definitely for the Determined!
M Wart & Verruca Remover – Not for the Faint-Hearted, but Definitely for the Determined!I’ve only used WARTNER® Cryo Freeze once so far, but I can already tell—it’s doing something. You can feel it working from the moment you apply it, and let me tell you, this isn’t your average over-the-counter treatment. The sensation is intense, and it stung for a few days afterward, but that’s the price of progress, right? No pain, no gain! What I appreciate most is how fast and easy it is to use. Just a quick application and you’re done—no messy creamsToo early to say how successful it’ll be long-term, but if the early signs are anything to go by, I’m optimistic. If you’re serious about getting rid of warts or verrucas and don’t mind a bit of sting, this is the one to try.

Useless - not fit for purpose.
The old Wartner cryo freeze used to soak the application sponge in an almost still liquid treatment which was then so effective in freezing any large / deep verruca and typically with just a single application. In comparison, this new Wartner cryo freeze (just purchased) is verging on useless and is not fit for purpose. The frozen application on the end of the pen isn’t particularly cold and so your foot evaporates it before it has a chance to do anything and definitely cannot be applied for “40 seconds” – more like 10 or 15 seconds at most.I tried repeating the procedure on a largish / deep verruca and only just got 5 applications (compared to a dozen plus at least with the old product) and its barely got through the surface of the skin and so I haven’t even had a successful first treatment, let alone a follow up treatment if it turns out to be stubborn (likely). For this reason alone and because I’m now going to have buy an alternative product I sent this back for a a refund.Memo to Wartner – you have taken a perfectly good product that worked fantastically and ruined it!

Good ,but doesn't last
Product was very good , but you only get around 4 uses before its empty . If you have several targets or like in my case , very stubborn ones , it can end up being quite expensive. Tbh , it's better than most others I've tried

Care needed
Whilst the dry ice freezes up beautifully, as soon as you move the “pen”, the frozen chip falls out. Having used dry ice professionally this is very disappointing. I only managed to treat three small areas as I had to keep rearming the pen. This makes it very expensive

Very effective when used right
This works so much better than the butane based freeze sprays. With the Co2 and the little dry-ice tip forming you're able to properly freeze the verruca area. I tried the bazuka one multiple times with no luck on a stubborn verruca, this one cleared it out on the second application. The only downside is that the gas expires once opened so need to make sure you've got a collection to work on to get your money's worth haha. Get some friends over.

Finally
My daughter has suffered with verrucas on and off the last few years. The last cluster proved rather stubborn and difficult to shift. I tried the freeze pens after the gp stated they no longer remove them. Alas the freeze pen did not work.Thought I would try this. I have been consistent with the treatment. Every other day we peel the old treatment off, sand down the area and reapply. She's gone from having about 9 cluster verrucas down to the remaining 3.Word of caution please make sure you apply a plaster over the treated Verruca as this stuff takes an age to dry. My daughter managed to get it on a healthy part of her foot and it left a little red mark

Poor design, 2x faulty purchases
Ive ordered this twice, both times not able to use as the cap has snapped when trying to initiate the first turn instructions. Once the cap has snapped, you cant release the ice pen. Had to return both times.

I found it actually works !
This is a bit on the expensive side but thought i would give it a go. You get more treatments out of the device than stated and if your quick you can treat two areas, one after the other if you are quick so makes it go further. I found it worked really well on warts and one on my hand had grown rather large and had been there for years with various treatments not working before i tried this.
