Great read if you're looking for general basic information on gut health, but sadly for me it doesn't cover specific gut problems. Everything it covers I've already researched and am doing.

A Must-Have For Everyone
In the midst of dealing with some digestion issues, I grabbed this book hoping for some applicable tips and was not disappointed. Gut Health Hacks is super easy to read but is chock-full of useful information and advice, some of which can be applied immediately (which is exactly what I was hoping for). I consider myself somewhat well researched in this arena and was continuously surprised by the points mentioned in the book. After reading it and tweaking some of my daily habits (yes, many of the hacks are that simple), I’m already noticing a difference. I’ve also found myself going back to reference certain sections and know it’s something I’ll keep coming back to. Given the typical American diet and the sub-par quality of so much of our food, I think everyone can benefit from a gut health boost. If you’re looking for a guide that’s super informative but easy to digest (pun intended), this one is for you.
