A few years ago I read that millions of people are either vitamin D deficient or just don’t have enough Vitamin D in their systems. I have been talking Vitamin D supplements for the past 3 years.These soft gels are easy to swallow and contain a huge amount of Vitamin D. I suggest that everyone check with their physician before taking anything and I personally believe it’s important to have enough Vitamin Dd in our systems.I requested a blood test and my Vitamin D levels are in range since I have taken Vitamin D soft gels. I like that these particular soft gels have no artificial colors or preservatives.It’s important to be tested to be sure we have enough Vitamin D. If we don’t have enough exposure to sunlight and if we use sunscreen (I do) while being exposed to the sun, it’s possible that we need more vitamin D. If one doesn’t take extra Vitamin D in a supplement, it’s my opinion that it’s challenging to receive and for our bodies to absorb all the Vitamin D we need from the foods we eat and from exposure to the natural sun.If one is a bit overweight or if one is pregnant, one needs even more Vitamin D.I recommend this item and suggest a consultation with a physician before taking large doses of any item. I take several supplements every day, so I like the fact these are really small. Seem to do the job just fine. I find no Con's with this product.

I received these and have been taking one a day as I have been on Vit D Prescription for years.. I like that these are easy to swallow , great for the immune system , great Quality and not expensive.. I would differently order these again.. Vitamin D is Such a Important part of the body function..
