NutriChef 12 Inch Crepe Pan Non Stick, Ideal for Pancakes, Dosa, Chapati & Tortillas, Hard-Anodized, Dishwasher Safe

First time user of this type of pan. I just made 7 perfect Crepe Dutch Pancakes. Not a single bit stuck to the pan. I kept the heat at a low to medium heat and they quickly cooked and slid right off the pan. I am so happy with this pan because it is not too heavy but heavy enough for nice even cooking. My husband said they were perfect! The pan is very sturdy with a solid handle and it's lead free, and free from the other pfoas, which is what I wanted.. I recommend getting this pan, it's huge!! which is a plus for me. I like what the company stands for and how they pay it forward.

I just opened my shipment of the griddle! I'm so excited! I had my old griddle for about 10 years and it was due for a replacement. This item caught my eye. The shipping was fast! And the item is fantastic quality! It has a good weight to it. I had been shopping looking for a griddle and I wasn't happy with what I was finding. They were either super lightweight or not thick enough. They tended to be on the smaller side too. This totally fit what I was looking for! Once I wash and season it, and use it, I will report back. I'm sure I'm going to love it!

Cooks my tortilla shells perfectly

I order this after trying a bunch of known brands and getting disappointed. I tried Green Pan, Hexclad etc but this pan is amazing for eggs, pancake, tortillas and even Indian Roti/Chapati. It’s easy to clean and food almost never get stuck. This is not as high maintenance as GreenPan but you still gotta be careful about the coating. Highly recommended

If you ever have to wonder how to measure how sturdy a pan is, simply think about it as an self-defense instrument. Who would survive? The pan or the assailant? If you had to think about it, its over. This pan is STURDY. Nice rivets, thick aluminum construction and a nice non-stick coating. Season the aluminum. Start slow... Slow temperature. Allow the aluminum to warm and expand. Don't crank it up, it will warp if you do. No matter what oan will warp if you do that. Crepes don't need a super hot pan anyway. Take it easy and enjoy!

I have a bunch of pans/pots, some I've had for 5+ years and still work great... This pan didn't last 2 years and it's already warped, and chipping. The pan worked great at first, but it began degrading to a point it was just trash. Not sure why this pan doesn't last, but I've had pans from Walmart last longer. A shame, bad quality.

Very good Nonstick pan. I primarily use it for Crepes and it comes out good without any oil. Also easy to clean. Bit heavy for the 12" size.

Top quality solid build pan, perfect size and non stick ideal for crepe

Used the pan to make an omelette when I first received it and it was so much easier than a regular frying pan. Easy to slide the spatula under it to flip. Finally tried making crepes for the first time today, and wow it is so easy. Making delicious crepes is so fun and delicious. Flipping and cleanup is so simple. Nonstick surface and even heat distribution is excellent!

Lo único que no me gustó es que no hay ninguna certificación o informacion sobre los materiales escribiendo en la sarten o en los papeles que llegaron con la sartén sobre las propiedades no tóxicas (sin PTFE/PFOA/PFOS) que se enumeran en el título y las fotos del anuncio en Amazon aqui. Así que solo tienes que "confiar" y "esperar" que sea verdad.
