The taste is good but slight tinkle of lemon can be found.

chips are not vegan
Unfortunately these chips are not vegan like many others that contain the additive E635.In terms of chemistry, additive E635 is a mixture of sodium inosinate (additive E631) and sodium guanylate (E627), which in turn are sodium salts of inosinic (additive E630) and guanylic (additive E626) acids.Sodium guanylate and sodium inosinate are generally derived from animal meat. Fish may also be used to produce these additives. Thus, additive E635 is an additive of animal origin. Therefore, vegetarians should avoid consuming products containing this additive. You can easily find this information in the public domain.
