The Flour is a blend of Wheat, Soy, Barley, Bengal Gram & Flax seeds in UNNAMED ratio.
Liked : 1.High Gluten, 2. Reasonable flavour and taste. 3.Priced lower than other imported flour.Disliked : 1. Flour cannot stand high Temp baking . It burns even at 350deg F (180C) within 20 minutes.which is the minimum to get a crust.2. That rules out any No Knead recipe -and most do- to bake at 400/450 F (200 to 225C).3. This flour is also intolerant to enriched breads, where there is oil or butter/honey in the recipe.I have tried out 4 proven recipes with this flour. All resulted in salvaging operations at the end.Dont try it if you are into Artisanal Breads. Look elsewhere.
