Good quality very sharp but handle was lite weighted...

A good product. Go for it.
It’s sharp and can cut a fresh branch up to 2 inches with a neat cut. The edge is double sided V. A bit heavy but quite balanced. Did not have any rust or defects like some reviews had claimed. Will post an update after using for some time.

Good product, worthy of its price.
Perfect handmade "koduval" for the price...Good quality workmanship for the blade smithy... proper thickness distribution along the width of blade by "smithy". Tempered enough after forming. Sharpening done by belt grinding...Definitely worth buying for this price (as on April 2021).For manufacturer: increasing the blade length in handle could be one improvement point to ensure longer life of wooden handle.

Well balanced. But the wooden grip is lil short and not smooth.Overall, too good for this price. I will strongly recommend to my friends. Local make costs 3000 Rs. But I got it much much cheaper in Amazon

Really solid knife!
I very much appreciate this knife/machete. The blade is thick, heavy, sharp, nice carbon steel. The handle is very hard tropical wood, not cheap pine. This is an authentic folk cutting instrument. Built to last. I will buy more from this maker. Thanks!

Excellent product, worth purchasing.
It’s a great knife exactly like the image and description made of good quality materials. It’s much better than the normal knife we get from local stores. I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend this.
