Very absorbent and good for overnight. Comfortable to wear, good fit. Not as secure around leg openings as I'd prefer. Overall great product, though expensive. Better than Depend. I must tell you That my loved one struggles with the tabs, though they’re called pull ups. The tabs are very difficult to attach if you’re doing this alone, without a caregiver

I've had increasing fecal incontinence over the years, as I age. It's gotten worse and worse, and the prescription that used to control it is no longer available.A friend recommended these several years ago--I'm XL, and her husband is XXXXL--and they were working for him.I had tried every kind of incontinence brief on the market by that point--these are BY FAR the best--I'll never buy anything else.Those who suffer with this horrible problem will know that sometimes it comes in a flood. NOTHING contains that--but these, with a washable incontinence brief over top, does.All the things you never wanted to know---but I'm glad I found out from someone when I did, so maybe this will help others too.
