I've exclusively bought 511 boots until this purchase. I've been wearing these boots as a full time 911 EMT for about a year now and they hold up great. They definitely took some time to break in but have become very comfortable. Provide great ankle support during patient extrication. The boots take a great polish and have held up well. Tactical boots seem to fail in the zipper area but these so no signs of wear. Will 100% purchase another pair when these wear out. However I expect to get another 2 years out of these.

Quality build boot! If your tired of the same old boots at your tactical shop, then these boots are what you want. Ive always wanted to wear a 8" zip side boot just always felt it hard to get used to. Well that changed once I got these boots. After a few work shifts(12's) I was accustomed to them and love them dearly now. Good quality zipper, also when you lace up the boot the leather is very giving almost contouring to your foot which gives your foot the feeling of "one" with your boot-the way it should feel! Temperature- after 12 hours your feet could run warm however the zip side helps if you need cooling(on your breaks) Highly recommend this boot if your tired of buying cheap build boots!

Love these boots, as soon as I got them I ended up working a 20hr day and had no issues at all.

Fit like my other pair. Perform well once broken in but the leather portion feels cheap/bonded even after treatment with polish. We’ll see how it holds up. I had a pair very similar to this one (they don’t seem to make that one anymore) and the leather portion feels much more substantial even after 6 years
