I installed the these light switch in my daughter car. Installation was easy. It is brighter than led bulbs. There 2 light assembly in the box. So now I an extra pair.

Doesn't fight 2003 Lexus IS300
These lights don't fight 2003 Lexus IS300 at all!! Time wasted trying to install them and then find out it's not built for IS300.

Good bright white light. On Lexus RX330 good fit.
I recommend this one easy to install bright whiteI was actually looking for a brighter, white one, but I think that will be difficult to find.The most difficult part is having to take on the Lexus RX is the interior trim panels and exterior plastic covering to get access.The lights themselves are easy to install

Very Good Product!
Just installed these lights today and they are bright! I am so happy with the way they look. I only had one problem I ran into which honestly is not a big deal at all. The light housings from factory bring the wiring along the side of the light. The new ones go directly into it from the back. Difficult to explain but if you see them side by side you will understand what I mean. This difference meant that I had to unclip part of the wiring from where it was mounted to on the trunk lid itself. Which was no big deal at all but that was the only thing I could possibly complain about. The fitment was great, they snapped right into place and no need for any extra gaskets or anything like that.
