Housekeeper approved... with a small change
I love the mop itself, very solid. I use it to clean the floors, the walls, with and without the wand, and I use the dusting pad to get the cobwebs off the ceiling.... but the other pads that come with it are not that great, I bought different mop pads for it (EuroClean pads, the best pads ever) and I know I’m not going need to buy another mop for a very long time (but replacing the pads as needed) I love how slim the mop is it fits under almost everything I even take it with me to clean my clients homes, they each have a pad with their name one it, that would be gross if I didn’t

I'm really impressed with the sturdiness of the mop handle ...
I'm really impressed with the sturdiness of the mop handle all the way down to the connector. However the only part that is a little difficult is when changing the mop head the clip makes it hard to separate the handle from the head. I don't know if it's made that way on purpose to keep a break from happening. But it's not a tug-of-war dilemma so I'd say it was just something to have to get used to.

Easy to use and effective for pet hair.
We use the dry and wet mop heads regularly. They are easy to attach and do an excellent job.

I love this mop!
I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and I love it! Super easy to use and clean and convenient. I had been using a swiffer, but after multiple broke I wanted something more durable with less waste.

Outstanding product!
I just received this in the mail as a gift and I absolutely love it! I will be purchasing more of these for family and friends. When I used it to mop my wood floors today it was so easy to use! It's lightweight but very sturdy. I'm VERY impressed with the design and quality of this product! The design is very clever -- for example, the rotating mop makes it easy to reach those hard to reach places under furniture. I also love the Velcro on the mop for changing the different types of mop attachments. Plus the telescoping (very high quality) handle makes storage very convenient. I've never cleaned as often as I should, but now that I have this nifty mop, my floors are going to be much cleaner. It was actually fun to use -- highly recommend this product! And the price for the quality you'll receive is very reasonable.
