No cramping
Used these for a year now due to cramps on my legs. Some nights I forget to take them and then end up cramping again. They do the job.

High Strength?!
Why is this supplement described as high strength when you have to take two sizeable tablets per day. Why not make each tablet more concentrated to save on the bulk and weight of this product, and improve ease of consumption. It doesn’t make sense to me‽

Must have for restless leg, cramps.
Cramps go on days I take it, I suffer with restless leg on the evenings and taking this before bed helps, it relaxes me and I've found I am less tense the next day. I take 30 mins before bed. Better sleep will hopefully help me eventually with my fatigue and nervous system.
