Wrong part for my 2001 Dodge ram 1500 5.9 gas engine. Looks like a quality part though

Have no idea what this really fits but it was wrong
This was advertised to fit my 2001 Ram 1500 with a 5.2. I have no idea what this actually fits but the opening was twice the size on the shaft. This was particularly annoying because the distributor on this motor is really difficult to reach, I had a new cap as well as a wire set and had it all apart so when I discovered this didn’t fit I was down transportation, I couldn’t even go get another one locally. I ended up cleaning my old one with a wire brush and reusing it. And it’s not worth returning.
