Ordered 2different Iris seed packets and received 2of the same packet that has not germinated

Only another gardener would think to add a few extra bulbs in case they all didn’t reach the destination! And the complete transparency for delivery. I only lost two bulbs and it was likely due to the heat wave we had. No complaints would order more from this seller

Never came up. A BIG WASTE of money. I follow the planting instructions on the back waiting for germination for two weeks nothing.

Don’t give up on these. They arrived timely and in tact. They take time to germinate. Be patient.

I have not purchased these seeds. However, I have noticed a lot of misinformation on here about growing Iris from seed.It is very important to understand that successful germination of Iris seed is dependent on a couple main factors. 1)There must be a cold stratification. A process of exposing seeds to cold temperatures for a long period and it is required for germination to be successful. If you plant Iris seeds in the spring, they will not germinate. Late fall would be a better time.2) Adequate water. Do not let the soil totally dry out.Once seeds have germinated and there is delicate new foliage, if there is still a chance of frost in your area, protect the baby seedlings with a frost cover until the risk of frost is gone.

Planted these 'iris seeds' and not one of them even tried to sprout. Waste of time and money
