About how much lotion is dipensed in one pump? I just received it and it seems about a dime size per pump? Is that correct?

Yes. The way to think about it is 2000 IU are dispensed with each pump. It's not the same as other creams where you are fully coating your body. You are trying to absorb the vitamin D.

Does this help with bruised skin?

No. I didn’t see much difference in my skin .

Can it be used on your scalp. Does it take the scale off

To our knowledge yes. As always check with your medical professional . But bear in mind that the hair follicles need to stay clean for health of the hair. So they may want to use a sebum cleansing solution/shampoo.

Can you pump out less than a full dose if you want to?

Each pump is pre measured. Perhaps try to not pump all the way down (Only half way) and see if you get less. have done that in the past. Have a great day
