Great little device that does exactly what it needs to. I had a version1 of this unit, it eventually died but not after receiving a free replacement under recall from the company to a V3, runs much cooler and solid so far.

Works like a charm. A very elegant solution for devices that should be PoE powered that aren't. Very easy to use, virtually no setup, just plug it in and you're off to the races.

Worked right out of the box. Perfect for powering up tablets via PoE.

Used it to power at raspberry pi on the device's POE connection. Working great. The usb to apple power adapter was a nice bonus part.

I had previously purchased four "DSLRKIT Active PoE" Splitters two of which were faulty.This now replaces the faulty one and provides power for a Nest Outdoor camera - no issues so far.
