I like it but haven't really taken it long enough to know to what degree it is helping me.

These keep my skin looking young and beautiful. Why Efamol? Because they use the unique Rigel seed which yields 15% extra GLA. With some of these other brands you'd probably be lucky to get any GLA at all!Incidentally, Efamol may be a small to medium size company now, but they used to be a huge biotech company, and they were able to carry out all the necessary clinical trials at the time.One minus point for vegetarians is that the capsules are made from bovine gelatine, but that is very much a by-product of the meat industry which by no means effects the number of animals being killed. Nevertheless, a star is deducted. Could do better. (Update: now available as drops, so back up to 5 stars!)
