TheradermNuPeel Natural Enzyme Peel, 2 fl oz

This peel is without a doubt the best on the market. I received a sample of this from my esthetician 5 years ago, and have been addicted to enzyme peels ever since. I love that these don't irritate my skin like rougher exfoliants do, and the beading of the dead skin cells is so satisfying. After my sample ran out, I immediately purchased a bottle from Amazon. After a few years, I started to try other peels that claim to do the same (Skin Inc., Peter Thomas Roth), but I always come back to this. For the price and the results, no peel is better. A quickie run down of the differences:Skin Inc. Pure Revival Peel - Acts quickly and peels well, but the product dries too quickly, making it difficult to exfoliate the maximum amount of skin cells. I kept having to use more product to get the rest of the cells off.Peter Thomas Roth Firm X Peeling Gel - It does feel like it's peeling. But I noticed the product itself, when it would collect around the lid, would feel suspiciously like dead skin cells. I can't say it DOESN'T work, but the attempt to maybe 'beef up' the appearance of how well it peels is enough for me to not buy it again.Theraderm NuPeel - The gel takes a good 30 seconds to activate, but once it does it's well worth it. For me, the gel stays emollient for up to 2 minutes, so I can continue to exfoliate and feel that I'm truly getting the most out of the product.For what it's worth, I have combination skin (but tends to be on the oilier side) and mild break outs.

I have sensitive skin and I’ve been using this product after derma planing. It is gentle and removes dead skin. I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed this product. It really helps removes dead skin from the face. Just be warned not to use it on your lips. It works a little too well for the thin delicate skin on lips, I tried it on mine and they were very sore afterward. Took days to repair. That being said it is good for exfoliating dead skin after treatments, make sure you wait till your skin is completely finished doing its own healing and it is left with that little bit of dry skin that remains after a chemical peel or any treatment designed to take off the epidermis layer of your skin for resurfacing.

I use this as an inbetween facial treatment. I get a facial once monthly, and this product "tides" me over when my skin is feeling yukky! But, DO put it on a dry clean face … and be prepared to wait about 10 minutes before beginning the scrubbing part of the treatment. It helps removed dead skin, brightens and softens your skin immediately after using … results last about a week depending on what the rest of your facial treatment routine involves. I will purchase again.

This is the best physical enzyme peel to exfoliate the skin. I used this back in 2022-2023 and ran out and tried to find other alternatives but none came close to comparing. One bottled lasted me for almost an entire year. It is worth every penny! Plus I am a black woman and skin is glowing just after one use.

I love this product! I am a cosmetologist and get enzyme peels at a spa but wanted to try to do my facials myself. I am shocked at how well it works! Just make sure you wait 30 seconds to a minute before rubbing. The top layer of skin just melts off. I do have sensitive skin. The first time I used it the top of my cheeks were sensitive to the touch for the rest of the night. I can feel how soft and smooth my face is for a couple days after using! The second time no sensitivity at all!

This a follow-up to my original review below. I tried this enzyme peel again yesterday and left it on between 10 to 15 minutes and it work on half of my face and left it nice and smooth, So today I tried it again and left it on for 30 minutes and it actually took off all the old dead skin on my whole face.My skin must be harder for this enzyme peel to work maybe it’s a tougher skin, however if you tried it with the instructions leaving it on for 1 to 5 minutes and it didn’t work try leaving it on longer like I did. My whole face feels soft and smooth now without getting a micro dermabrasion at the dermatologist.Very disappointed! I followed the directions exactly, but the skin did not bead up and start coming off. I rubbed in a circular motion for at least 10 minutes but my skin did not bead up and come off.I am really disappointed because I thought with all good reviews that it would work for me.35.00 down the drain!!!

I usually only leave reviews if something REALLY impresses me. Well, this facial peel did just that! I LOVE face masks and have tried many different kinds. This is, by far, the best facial peeling mask that I have ever used. I applied a thin layer to my face and let it sit for about five minutes. There was no stinging or burning, but I DID feel a very slight tingling. I then proceeded to massage my face and the dead skin balled up and fell away. When I was done massaging my face, I rinsed the remainder off with warm water. My skin was baby-butt smooth! I am SO impressed with this mask and HIGHLY recommend it!
