This is a seam-sealing tape for the exterior of buildings. It is really sticky but it still has to be rolled down for max adhesion. And being really sticky, it is rather hard to get started off the roll and if the roll should spin or flop, you can just as well throw out that strip. There's no getting it back apart. Hence the 3-star easy to use; easy to install rating.So far it sticks great. We'll see in a couple months if it has come off.
