NICE QUALITY AND AS DESCRIBED
This foot buoy was as described and appears to be a solid, quality product. It was shipped quickly and I'm quite happy with it.

Easy fit
This item helps isolate upper body refining movement in the swimming process. It is lightweight and fits very ergonomically in between my legs.

One needs some basic information
The product came with no instructions. A friend recommended I buy this product so that I could use it to maintain a floating position so I can re-learn how to swim. It was unsatisfactory in that I didn’t know how to even begin to use it.
