I am new to stamping and wonder if this size is large enough for most cards. I usually make 5x7 inch cards.

Is the wipe off pad meant to go on the misti? my

If it fits and doesn't cause the stamping to shadow, then use it. The paper grid pages are the ones most people use.

It comes with a paper pad. Ink can get on the paper if you stamp off or have ink on the sides. The wipe off is just a pad that you wipe off rather than throw away. There are no plastic sheets. 2 magnets are usually enough but I have found that sometimes it was easier to use 4 if my paper was folded. You can purchase more on Amazon or Home Depot. I had some on hand but right now I am out of them. Misti recommends using Novus 1 or 2 to clean it. I have some but do not have it listed because people can sell it on Amazon cheaper than I can buy it from Misti.

Defective MISTI?

Mini Misti Stamp Tool Bundle Mini Misti and Wipe off Mouse Pad Purchased from Marcy's Stop N Shop 3 Nov 2016 ETA - I have received a replacement which behaves the way it should. The MISTI is indeed a great stamping tool. 25 Oct 2016 - I've used it once, and I think that this product is very useful, but I believe that I have received a defective item, as it will not lie flat on my surface when opened. Should my MISTI behave this way?

Thought it was overpiced until....

I didn't think I would like this seemingly overpriced toy. But I love it. I had some stamps I really like to use but could hardly ever get them to come out clearly with enough color. With the Mini Misti I can stamp over it multiple times and get the exact color, hue, and saturation I want. Being so small it stores well. Now I'm saving up for the regular size.

I didn't realize it was so small. It is difficult to use. Not worth the price I paid. I won't get much use out of it.

Accuracy on description .

Smaller size is great for use in traveling . Nice little Misty I can take it anywhere with me in my shoulder bag when we go camping. Love this, it will do a 4.25 by 5.5 card. I still can arrange all the sentiments easily.

A high score for the Misti I didn't keep!

I bought this mini Misti and I returned this mini Misti. Why? Because it was too small for my needs. So why 5 stars? It is a great product. Just because it didn't fit my needs doesn't mean it's a 1 star product. There is a larger one but it was a little too pricey for me. I did buy a larger one in another brand and although it's great, I like the magnet features the Misti has. If your budget allows the Misti, I say "Go for it!"
