I really enjoy these bars, they are filling enough for use as a light breakfast. I particularly like the “peanut butter-dark chocolate” variety. I like that the primary sweetener used is honey, and that they have a decent amount of fiber. All the organic ingredients are also important to me The only issue I have is that availability is very inconsistent, which is rather frustrating.

We love over easy! The natural ingredients, perfect snack size, protein, and quality of product is perfect for the cost! Highly recommend the dark chocolate peanut butter!

Hands down, the best bars around!! These, soft and chewy bars are perfect! My work started supplying the apple cinnamon ones several months ago and I had gotten hooked. They are having a hard time finding them now, so I started ordering my own through Amazon, but I too am having a difficult time getting them. Right now I have the chocolate peanut butter ones on Subscription, which are delicious as well... even my picky teen loves them. I can't wait until these are more readily available and get a chance to try multiple flavors!! Thank you to Over Easy for making a healthy, delicious bar that we don't have to feel guilty eating!!!

These are my new favorite breakfast bars. They are good on their own or crumbled onto yogurt. I love how simple the ingredients are too. I think my favorite flavors are the peanut butter chocolate chip and the apple cinnamon.

I've gotten 9 boxes of these. The first 7 were awesome and I left a great review. The bars were mostly oat with a small amount of fruit sugar paste. A small enough amount that the weird date-y taste of the fruit sugar wasn't overwhelming and they were not too sweet. Then the last two boxes the bars are almost entirely fruit sugar paste with significantly less oats. Not sure if this is a new formula or a messed up batch, but these are gross and I'm cancelling my subscription. I sent a note to the company to see if they could say what happened.

Ok another granola, energy, protein bar…not too exciting. Unless you’re like me. I was making oatmeal nearly every morning for myself and my family. We’re talking organic old fashioned rolled oats with all natural ingredients sweetened ever so slightly with honey or maple syrup and served with love. I put a large amount of time and effort into preparing wholesome nutritious foods. What choice do I have when most of the food on our store shelves is sugar coated poison? Then a friend told me about Over Easy bars. I was far from convinced, but took a look out of respect for said friend. That’s when I realized they were pretty much exactly what I was already feeding my family for breakfast, but with egg whites thrown in for that satiating protein boost. Come on! These guys were beating me at breakfast. After overcoming my initial shock I jumped on board. That’s when things got really exciting. All of a sudden those 20-30 minutes of prep, cook, clean time that I was putting in every morning were all mine. I loathe writing reviews, but when a breakfast bar changes your life you’ve got to let people know. Oh yeah they’re delicious too. Get some and get breakfast over easy.

Honestly, I was enjoying these a lot. Minus the almond one (tastes a bit like cardboard), but I still ate those ones, too. I just bit into my final one of the box, and there’s a piece of plastic in my bar!! I don’t know if I’m the only one who’s had this happen, but it’s freaky to find. And makes me super concerned about the cleanliness of the facility the bars are made in. I was just about to order another box, but I will not be spilling so going forward.
