These were used for an au gratin scallop dishes. I had worried they would be too large but the size was perfect. They can also be used for serving side dishes. The baked cheese topping cleaned up very easily.

They are a little smaller than I had hoped but certainly as described and nice quality. I bake fish in them and they are a tad small for the size I cut my pieces. Once again, they are as described. I will buy the next size up but will keep these too as they are nice and will work great for other things.

I was hoping for a larger dish to make crabl au gratin using two halves of a English it was a little too small. But I do like them. I've served everything from banana splits to single service, hot dogs, chips, apple, some cheese for snacks. I'm using them every day. I leave them right on my countertop and it's fun too!

These dishes are really lovely! They are just weighty enough that you know they are quality yet easy to store and clean. We bought them after having bananas foster in New Orleans and wanted dishes like the ones we saw at the famous restaurant Brennan's where bananas foster was invented. These are perfect for serving long, sliced bananas with ice cream! Would also be perfect for banana splits! So very happy with this purchase.
