Prodotto consigliato

Literally labeled a 125 dollar device as a 500 dollar one -- UPDATED
Ordered a Slim RF Explorer 6G+ combo, what arrived has a barcode on the back that says that and all the packaging and the device inside is one of their cheapest devices. A ISM Combo 50 Khz- 960Mhz and 2.35-2.55GhzHow can I have confidence to order another?-- UPDATED Took the leap and ordered another, Shipping from Amazon and it was the correct product that arrived. Its been a great little addition when I'm trying to sort RF frequencies for Television Audio RF.Cheers,B

Appears to have a bug between 1.05GHz and 1.505GHz (alleged bug)(Now Good News from Support)
The unit appears to work very well using both left (15KHz to 960MHz) and right (up to 6.1GHz) SMA antenna connections and Picks up the FM radio stations very nicely here in Pullman/Moscow/Lewiston area. The WiFi analyzer also seems to work well in 2.4 and 5.8 GHz ranges. But there seems to be a (alleged) bug in the FW such that the noise floor is raised a constant 10dB from 1.05GHz to 1.505GHz. I've sent these findings into the support team and they're doing an investigation on both the FW and the Windows application. Either the FW has a bug or there is a HW issue with the unit. I have supplied a windows plot and a plot of the front screen of the unit to support. Now it's a wait and see what their response is. It's been 30 days and no solution yet.The first image supplied here on Amazon is the FM stations captured in my area using the left SMA. The second image is the alleged bug in the FW or HW of the unit. Hopefully RF Explorer will have a fix for me.My experience is probably a one-off and therefore I would still recommend this unit for purchase.Adding Edit:Just got the results back from RF Explorer Support. Please see the Response below:Noise floor switch from -90dBm/-80dBm/-100dBm frequency range requested 950-1650MHz isexpected in current firmware and electronics in 6G COMBO PLUS model. This is result from our labtest device. It can be increased sensitivity by enabling the internal LNA if required for low level signals. This is not a defect but a limitation on the noise floor, common to all Spectrum Analyzer devices dueto internal frequency plan mixer switch.A future firmware/software feature currently under development will help by normalizing the noisefloor to a flat line and see only differences between captures (called DIFF mode trace). This will helpto differentiate noise floor from signals in all cases, or signal changes between normalized/real time.
