Q: Is the La Crosse Technology TX37U-IT compatible with the TX31U-IT?

I think it is NOT COMPATIBLE.A quick search on the LaCrosse website shows that the TX31U-IT is a "Temperature & Humidity for 1500 series & 1900 series stations." . Whereas the TX37U-IT is only a temperature sensor. The TX37U-IT is NOT compatible with ANY of the 1500 and 1900 series stations. It is true that they both use the 915MHz frequency. Hope this helps!

Q: will one tx37u-it work with two compatible clocks at the same time?

Yes as long as the clock runs on the 915MHz. If the original outdoor transmitter was a TX37U-IT Wireless Outdoor Temperature Sensor then it will work with multiple clocks of the same frequency. The clock receives the radio signal from sensor through the air just like your car radio works. So many clocks that are within range will work at the same time.

Q: Do Z-Wave devices, such as motorized shades, cause interference for this transmitter?

I really don't know. Possibly if the motorized shape operate remotely?

Q: My transmitter (older) has written on the back tx-37u. Is that the same as the tx_37u-it?
