Excellent controllers!
Bought these to use in an old PS2 I found. These work great! No problems whatsoever! It's great to have that old vintage feel!

Great replacements for a great price
Great for use on PlayStation 2 hardware. Great for the price. Also it's a great idea to get one of these if u have an original controller and want to reduce wear on it. The colors are also nice.

Worked about as well as I expected from a 3rd party
Lets face it: retro controllers from the original manufacturer are virtually impossible to find... And with the one that came with my PS2 broken, I've been relying on 3rd party controllers in some situations. Fortunately, my PS1 controller works, but some games absolutely insist on a dualshock 2 in order to be played at all. Personally, I burned through all of my spare 3rd party controllers (bought a bunch for $5 at the time that were all reliable), which is what led me to come to this product. For the most part, these work well for 3rd party, but I'd actually settle for the 3rd party that I originally had if I could get them to work. These controllers do feel very similar to the original PS2 controllers, but my problem is the lack of consistency in the amount of pressure needed to push all the buttons... Most of my PS2 games are fighters, and I've been revisiting my 2D fighters. That means needing to press 'down' quite a bit, but with my controller, I have to push the 'down' button harder than any of the other buttons for it to register. The other controller seems reasonably better. Anyway, for the price, I'd say they're worth it, but expect what you paid for. Anyway, I still have some RPGs I need to play, so I might come back to update this review after.

Broken
One of the controllers wouldn’t fit in my ps2 I believe due to broken prongs in the controller plug
