I liked the hose the 3 times I was able to use it before it got a hole in the hose by the nozzle end. A balloon was coming out of the hose and burst before I was able to turn the water off. I'm not sure how they can even sell these hoses! I wish someone would be able to make them so they do what they claim. We have been through 3 brands of them, and they none meet their claims. They are so much lighter to use than regular hoses that the times I was able to use them, it was worth it. However, it is definitely not worth the cost, as they do not last at all. We were able to get our money back immediately upon request, which was good.

The connector that attaches to exterior facet broke. This is my second expandable hose that failed after a month of use.These hose are not made for ruggid work. The clunky, heavy, rubber hoses have been around forever because of a reason, they last.Save your money for a traditional hose.

I have several of these hoses this one is not up to par with the other makers. It appears the cloth that its made out of tears ...I don't know how long it will last before a hole begins. It was costly to me. I don't know if it could be defective...It's only been used twice. I probably should have returned it but I throw out the box by mistakes.

Amazing hose. Takes 1/10 of the space of our old "lifetime guarantee" hose and weighs like nothing! It's so easy to "fold" back without getting tangled. We added it to a 150' heavy duty hose on a hose winder to use on our lot further away (needed extra 75' foot to reach the corner of our lot). This is wonderful because we don't have a rewind a heavy hose, just lay it around in our shed garden. Love the on/off switch built into the hose too. Yes our "lifetime" hose is still working but it was so heavy to rewind, I wished it hadn't last so long. This one is so much easier to use and I hope it lasts over 10 years too!

The outer shell started to fray right away due to friction with my bluestone patio.

After purchasing and returning numerous expandable hoses claiming to be the strongest, I think I've finally found the actual STRONGEST EXPANDABLE HOSE on the market today. The added strength of this product is apparent when taking this hose out of the package. It is by far heavier and more solidly constructed than any other product from the inner corrugated double layer hose to the double thick cloth outer layer. I have such confidence in this product that I have purchased a second 100' hose so I have one in both my front and back yard.

Only had this hose for less than one month and it already has a hole. I waited a week or so to actually pull it out of the package and when i noticed the hole, I also noticed that it was August 3rd and my last day to return was August 1. Very expensive to have a hole already. I do not have a very rough terrain and I'm really bummed. It was great besides the hole situation.

We have owned this hose for only a week or so and have used it on a daily basis, sometimes several times a day. My wife absolutely LOVES the weight and ease of using this hose compared to the heavyweights she had been using. Although it is too soon to give a report on how the hose will hold up under long term use, I believe it will certainly outlast other expandable hoses we have owned in the past. I will be happy to give an update after we have used this product for 6 months or so.
