I have only been taking this for a little over 2 weeks and haven't noticed any change in weight. I will continue to finish what I purchased and update my review. I have had no bad side effects so it is worth continuing.

I cant say if this works or not because it tastes so bad I couldnt even take them, I contacted the seller about the product and explained that the inner seal wasnt sealed and the product tastes musty almost like a damp basement. Yuck They told me that they have no problems with taste and they also said that if the outer seal was sealed (which was only this lil plastic wrapper) that it would be fresh. They only offered me one solution, pay to send it back to them and re purchase a new bottle. I think not! No thank you!

I received my bottle of capsules and found the ingredients (supplemental facts label) to be covered with a " cheezzy" sticker saying Dr. OZ recommended - tried to peel off the sticker, so that I could actually read the ingredients, serving size and so forth, but the sticker was so strong it is impossible to remove without lifting the entire label off the bottle. This is no accident because both bottle had the label strategically placed in the exact same spot. I have heard Dr. say he is not endorsing any company- makes me not trust this company.

I have been taking these White Mulberry pills for almost 4 weeks now. I am constantly forgetting to take these a half hour before meals (as directed) and think about it when I'm nearly finished eating. Imagine my surprise when I went for my regular DR. appointment and found out I had lost nearly 4 pounds. If this is working for me to lose weight then it will work for anyone! I haven't changed anything like diet or exercise but I did notice that I don't have as much of an appetite. Hope this helps someone.

I've tried other diet pills before with no luck & didn't have high hopes for White Mulberry. I was shocked when I weighed myself this morning & had lost 4lbs. I've been taking this for almost 2 weeks now & haven't changed my diet or exercise. My goal is to lose at least another 5 if not more & now I know White Mulberry works so I'm well on my way. Very pleased! :)

This appeared to be working OK at first, but then I hit a plateau, so I'm not sure if it works for me. I ran out before I could really so significant results.

I have been using mulberry extract for about two weeks and already can tell a difference in my appetite and sugar.

I started taking it to lower my blood sugar, but it's too soon to know if it worked or not.
