Literally one of the only few things I'm able to eat/drink due to my dysphagia. Tastes great and has the protein and nutrients to sustain me. The Ensure tastes really good and is very nutritious. Just make sure to mix it well, because it can get a bit lumpy if not fully dissolved.

I needed protein in my diet but man products I tried had a fake taste. This does not and tastes good to m. I like the strawberry flavor the best. Also, of all the Ensure products, this one has the most calories, which is what I needed.

I give this to my husband every day. The. COMPLETE is the most expensive one but it has more protein and the needed daily vitamins and minerals. He doesnt eat like he should so i feel like he really needs this once a day.

My mom loves these the taste isnt chalky at all decent sugar content and a adequate amount of protein and filling this is an auto buy monthly.
