The product is easy to use. It works as expected. The color dye is not the best. I recommend using something else. When you decide to draw on eggs do it when the eggs are cold.

Overall I liked everything that comes with this kit. The wax worked well and is easy to see. The kistka cleaners were helpful. The dye was not very intense and left colors to be desired. Does not come with items to blow your egg out and I would recommend purchasing one separately.

My kids have upped their easter egg game with this kit. Holy cow. Easy to use and they liked having the two different pen widths. It took them a bit to understand the idea of wax resisting but after the first egg, they got the hang of it.

Used this to make pysankys for the first time. The process is so cool. These tools were easy to use. I bought different food coloring based on the other reviews.

I bought this so long ago that it’s too late to return it but my blue dye is missing.Everything else is great.

I have fond childhood memories of creating Ukrainian Easter eggs so I was excited to teach my own children how to make them. The only part of this kit that deserves any stars is the kistkas, because they served their intended purpose. Otherwise, the materials were a big disappointment, which led to pretty awful results. The black beeswax left dark smudges that cannot be removed and worst of all, the dye was not vibrant or saturated at all. Despite following the directions precisely and letting the eggs soak in the dye anywhere from 5 minutes to achieve a pale color to up to an hour to try to achieve a more saturated color, the final results were a huge disappointment.
