These work as intended but smell awful. The taste itself isn't too bad but the smell is something that makes you think twice before popping one in your mouth. They're soft and chewy and the flavor isn't too bad. Taking off a star for the rank smell.Update: The odd smell has gone away after a few days for some reason. Still tasty and work great.

My kids actually take these, I only really need 3.5 mg so I cut mine in half. My 11 year old, it takes 5 mg to get her to sleep and even some nights she still can't sleep. But I love this brand and have always known this brand to work! I like the gummies better than the chewable tabs.

Let me start by saying that this brand's sleep + calm gummies are my favorite sleep aids by a long shot. I can take 1 gummy and start feeling sleepy within 2 hours, which is great considering without them, I might not ever get sleepy at all. I've lost count how many I've purchased. The strawberry flavor, texture (soft and chewy, not hard or sticky, and sweetness are just right.These, however, these sleep + immune are absolutely disgusting. First, I have no idea what flavor they're supposed to be. I didn't have time to figure it out because I had to try to get the thing down as quickly as possible. Why? Because it was so insanely sticky and gluey that plucking one from the jar meant that it was then stuck to my fingers.It remains to be seen how long they take to kick in, but my initial impression is that I fully regret purchasing 3 jars of these because they'll last me for the next 6 months, and that's 6 months of sticky, gluey grossness.
