I've loaded these up with 18650 cells. I have a one or two packs each in vehicles and a go-bag. They're far better than repurposed small electronics baggies (even ones that are a great fit for 18650s) since they're more durable and secure better. They aren't bombproof of course, but they will help the batteries withstand some light bumps and thumps. All of the cases close properly and the fitment is appropriate for 18650 cells. I also made a point of getting these because they're not tiny two-packs but also not a large eight-pack. One order of a competing and similar product was never fulfilled, so I went with this as a replacement auto-suggestion, and I'm happy with that as well. Delivery was prompt and without any issues.

These are exactly what I needed. I have built up a collection of 18650's that is too large for my storage ability for them. This was the best deal for the number of batteries they can store. Only thing is the little clip-looking part on the back of the boxes. I'm not sure what it's for, but it doesn't really matter. I also prefer this latch mechanism over the fixed-flap type. I feel it is a more secure method of keeping the box closed. Only real drawback is that this design will eventually fail simply because it moves. I feel it will be a long time before they fall off, though, so I don't believe it will ever be a concern. I believe they case will outlast the batteries it is storing, but only time will tell for sure. I would buy again!

These battery boxes are slightly too narrow to fit four batteries rendering them useless for storing my 18650 Panasonic lithium ion batteries. If the boxes were 3 or 4mm wider they would be great.

I bought them for button batteries. I ordered the wrong size but works good for me.
