So I bought this computer 9 months ago. It was really good... WHILE IT LASTED. The computer blue screened on me last night. I've had 15 laptops over the last 20 years for business and personal usage, and never once have I had a computer fully crash on me.It now WON'T load and says I don't have a hard drive installed. I tried to reach out to the seller "Quality Recertified", and received zero help. They said it had a 90-day warranty and it's passed the 90 days so go kick rocks, basically. Almost EVERY computer company that sells refurbished computers gives a 1-year hardware warranty.Do NOT buy from this company as their products will not last. I can't believe I've had 15 laptops over the years for numerous purposes, and this has NEVER happened before. I have the latest Norton Security installed, everything’s always up to date. Faulty hardware, NOT backed by seller.DO NOT BUY.

I liked the product, only I found a small flaw in the keyboard that forced me to return it, it was generally good.

After unpacking this laptop, I looked and scrutinized the whole unit. I was very impressed, because this refurbished model looked brand new! No scratches, No dents, extremely clean!The setup of windows 10 Pro was a breeze, even the 10 G network over Thunderbolt was / is extremely fast. The i7 CPU, 16 Gb Ram, and Thunderbolt work together extremely well. It only took a few minutes to get "everything" set up. After imaging the drive to my NAS for safety reasons, I upgraded to Windows 11 Pro. Now I'm even more impressed! Absolutely error free upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. I'm using a Sonnettech Solo 10 G SFP+ Thunderbolt connection and it is crazy FAST. Reinstalling my software went through error free and really quick. I can definitely recommend this seller and would definitely buy from them again. I definitely feel that I purchased a very good refurbished laptop. Naturally, the 14" screen is too small for me, but the HDMI port connects to a 27" Samsung curved monitor which is perfect for me. Having a USB 3.1 hub with 3 ports helps when connection ports are limited. I did notice that 3 keys on the keyboard needed a little TLC because they wouldn't respond 100% correct, but after Q-tip cleaning they worked as designed 😉.I'm very surprised and happy with this purchase!One month update:I have put this laptop through the paces of rigorous office work and high speed network compatibility using a 10 Gb SFP+ Thunderbolt connection. This is awesome!It works flawlessly on my 10 Gb network and can do a complete laptop NVMe drive image in under 7 minutes. Even after the update to Windows 11 Pro the system is running great.If you need a reliable and fast laptop, then check out this seller, good quality and fast delivery, but hurry, they are selling out fast!

Clean and fast processing. But fully charged battery lasts about 1.5 hours just surfing the internet. Far less with video. Stay near a power outlet. Battery is the only drawback, otherwise happy with it.

"certified refurbished" - yea, right. It's not. The battery can't hold a charge at all, and every time I turn it on I get a loud beep and an error message about how the battery's so degraded that it won't work. Amazon won't let me request a replacement, or do anything about it except tell me to send it back in for a refund and buy a new one - which of course is conveniently more expensive, because this has gone up in price $50 over the last two weeks. Would give zero stars if I could, for both the product itself and the "customer service" around refurbished products.
